STRADA started its investment activities in existing light industrial and logistics assets in the Greater Amsterdam area, among others in Almere. From there, the portfolio expanded through acquisitions in Westpoort, followed by growth into Brabant, Limburg, and eventually Central Netherlands, with a continued focus on value-add opportunities.
STRADA initially focused on acquiring existing light industrial properties. Over time, the company expanded its activities to include the direct acquisition of industrial and logistics development sites. Starting in the Greater Amsterdam area, with acquisitions ranging from Westpoort to Schiphol, STRADA later grew its footprint across Central and Southern Netherlands. Through this combined investment approach, STRADA has built extensive experience in sourcing, acquiring, and developing industrial and logistics assets.
