In addition, STRADA and her investors maintain a land bank of over 250,000 sqm of logistics land and Pan-European multimodal container terminals, further enhancing the breadth of opportunities we are able to offer.

Beyond traditional developing and leasing warehouses, we collaborate closely with container terminals, employee housing providers and other complementary partners allowing us to go one step further in reducing the overall cost base of logistics operations. By integrating locations and infrastructure within the broader supply chain, we help logistics companies operate more efficiently and competitively.
